There are many special things in Burgos that
make it a nice town for visiting: the gothic Cathedral, the Human Evolution Museum,
the archaeological site of Atapuerca,
the road to Santiago, their wines...
Regarding the gluten-free issue, the Burgos Coeliacs Association published a hotels and restaurants guide
with a wide offer in the capital and the surroundings, and also has a map on its web
with the location of other places proposed by their members.
We spent last weekend in Burgos, therefore we had
