I want to share with you the gluten-free bakeries I know all over Spain. Fortunately, I have been in some of them, I have picked others in the coeliacs / celiacs associations websites of every region of Spain, and I have known the rest of them by the social networks. Many of the establishments are controlled by one coeliacs /celiacs association.

Coeliacs / celiacs regional and national associations of Spain make a hard work. Part of that work is to contact the hotels and restaurants of their area, explain to them what the gluten-free diet is and how they have to cook and to manipulate gluten-free food.

GLUTEN-FREE STORES IN SPAIN

Everyday I read the news of the opening of a new shop specialized in gluten-free products in any place of Spain. Some of them have a physical store and others not. But nearly all of them offer on-line shopping.

I have been compiling all the gluten-free shops I know in Spain, most of them have also safe products for other intolerances or allergies.

FAST FOOD GLUTEN-FREE IN SPAIN

I like to say that Spain is a gluten-free friendly country. Not only can you find gluten-free options in exclusive restaurants, but also in cheaper big chains of fast food. The first one involved in gluten-free diet was Telepizza, then Vips Group, McDonalds, Burger King, Rodilla, and lately Tommy Mel's, which has met an agreement with the Association of Coeliacs and Gluten Sensitives of Madrid.

Paradores de Turismo is a Spanish chain of luxury hotels. Most of them are in historical buildings, sometimes in former monasteries or convents, and located in unique places with amazing views. Their modern accommodations and their refined service make of them a very good option of quality tourism in Spain.
