Coeliacs / celiacs regional and national associations of Spain make a hard work. Part of that work is to contact the hotels and restaurants of their area, explain to them what the gluten-free diet is and how they have to cook and to manipulate gluten-free food.

MÁLAGA SIN GLUTEN

Few weeks ago I wrote a post about a gluten-free club of restaurants in Comunitat Valenciana. Recently, another touristic region of Spain, Málaga (in Andalucía), launched other initiative to help coeliacs to eating out, thanks to the agreement between the City Council and the Coeliacs Association of Málaga (ACEMA).
